We do not process, butcher, or sell meat.
We are not a shipping company.

Before scheduling your delivery, you must provide:
Your full name
Delivery address
Cell phone number
Full payment for all processing and packaging costs
Note: Deliveries will not be scheduled until all required information and payment are received.

All processing and packaging fees must be paid in advance.
You are responsible for any additional or unexpected shipping costs.

We can use a cooler you provide or supply one for you.
We are not responsible for any cooler damage or loss during transport.

If you want insurance, it is your responsibility to purchase it.
We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by processors, ranches, or shipping carriers.
We do not own or control any ranch, processor, or shipping company.

You will be notified by text with the estimated delivery date and time.
You must be available to receive your shipment at the agreed time.
